This is my fanduct V4 created for the Tevo black widow 3d printer with the E3D V6 hotend and Tevo titan extruder (have not tested it with original titan extruder but should work)

It includes:
8mm inductive sensor holder
Air duct
Fan mounts

you need to glue the air ducts to the fan mount. this is needed because of the way it is designed.
