MendelMax dual makerslide Y-axis sub bed

I cut this on a HAAS and then hand drilled the holes to the sizes I was using.
The hole spacing isn't correct for standard MakerSlide CAMs, I made my own CAMs using bolts.

Included is a version with the correct CAM spacing of 64mm.
