Parametric E3D Titan mounted Sensor Mount

A remix to adjust my prior NEMA 17 sensor mount to work on a E3D Titan extruder.

I originally thought the mounting holes were just stock NEMA-17 holes, but one is off. Additionally, I needed to offset the mount on X and Z to allow for the washer to fit and for the sensor to make the right height (with an E3D v6 mounted).

Many settings are adjustable in the SCAD file if you need to adjust it...
