CycleOps Fluid Bike Trainer Bushing

I purchased a used CycleOps Fluid Bike Trainer and it was missing the left interior bushing, causing the skewer clamp to drop/wobble. This replaces it nicely.

Nothing too special for printing. I secured it into the trainer using some hot glue, as the 'ram' is still somewhat tight in the opening, and will push the busing out if left loose. The ram on my trainer is 1 inch in diameter, opening in bushing is 1.02 inches - it needed to be as tight as possible to hold it 'center' in the opening wit
