C1 MGN9C Effector plate

This is a redesigned version of my custom effector plate for the Micromake C1. This version is designed to fit onto a MGN9C carriage for a MGN9 linear rail. It should be easy to print, just print it upside down, no supports neccessary. The hot end clamp is interchangeable with the clamp from my custom effector plate in case you need the extra mounting points.

11 aug '17: Added a hot-end clamp with integrated 18mm Z-probe bracket.
