Change Idler to avoid bearing interference on assembly

I am very happy with this extruder, tested only with PLA with excellent results.
* The filament duct has been moved to make filament changes easy.
* Idler elongated to guide the filament.
* Slot motor size passed to 5mm.

UPDATE 07-10-17
* MainBody was separeted from hotend support.
* Add E3D v6 direct (no bowden) support
Printed, now waiting for M8 Hobbed Bolt to make tests.
