These are the parts I have created to turn a servo and mini micro-switch in to a Z-probe for the [ToyREP](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:945156).
The servo I have used is a SG90, the microswitch is branded as "KaiChe". Both seem to be widely available on eBay and AliExpress.
