Bix 3 easy-swap motor mount

This design is for those wo are fed up with the original motor mount which is a joke regarding accessibility and serviceability.
Use this design if you want to change the motor easily, even on the field.

- 4 screws fastening with washers - changing the mount is a piece of cake
- bottom slot for the cables
- stable design, the plane will break first - see the photos
