Spinning Top with Thumbwheel

I added a **Sombrero_SpinningTop_Rev4.STL**. It is all one part this time & kind of looks like a Sombrero.

I added Rev2 which has a more blunt a tip that seems spin better.

This is spinning top that uses a thumbwheel. Here is a short video showing how it works.
