Made this to adapt a 120 mm case fan to a Silverstone heatsink/heatpipe fin block that's 120 x 60. This was part of a super compact m-ITX computer that cooled everything except for the video card with one fan. The motherboard/component heat is pushed through the CPU heatsink and then through modified power supply. There was a cutout in the case for the video card to poke through so all of its cooling was external and separate from the rest of the computer.
