Caster adapter sleeve for Fisher Price scooter

Adapter for a wheelchair caster to fit into a Fisher Price scooter. The scooter's caster is made of plastic & is a poor fit; thus it catches & won't turn. This is to adapt a good wheelchair caster in place, with legitimate bearings.
