This is a friction arm to mount a flat LED element.
The wiring can be through the arms.
There is also a hole for a power switch.
You need M3 bolts and nuts to assemble the friction arms.

Raft needed for the arms
To mount on a camera hot shoe you can use a
Double Screw Angle 1/4"-20 Hot Shoe Mount

Bolts used are M3
