Carabiner Stronger Latch

First I downloaded and printed [Carabiner by walter](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:950426).

While I really loved the overall design especially the way he designed the flexures and the printability, I could never get the carabiner to latch well. Luckily walter was very generous and made his Onshape available. With a few quick tweaks I made a latch that secures very nicely.
