I needed a Raspberry Pi Zero case that has some wiring space for a project and couldn't find what I was looking for. I also wanted to try a different more rounded design than most boxy cases.
The box stays closed by friction so your extrusion width should be as accurate as possible in order for the caps to fit nicely inside the cover, otherwise some sanding will be necessary.
