These 2 simple things reduce the vibration passed from the printer to the desk and enforce printer legs.
Replace the lower nut of the leg with the cone.
Cut old rubber mouse pad or other similar material to match provided template and place it inside the cylinder. I used 5mm-thick pad and put 2 layers inside and glued the 3rd from the bottom of the cylinder.
