I took a Redmi 4 phone case on Thingiverse and modified to work for the Redmi Note 4. The Redmi Note 4 is a bit bigger and so case had to be expanded and holes moved around, revised and some added. I split the case in two with sort of a puzzle piece connecting. If you put some 2 inch tape inside the case to hold it together it might be good to hold it together. Even without the tape it seems to hold together somewhat.
