Diving Pepper and Salt (separate head and top cap)

This is a replacement for the top_cap part of the original model.
I modified it to be printed in 2 parts to allow 2 different colors: same color as the tank for the top cap only, and a silver/grey color for the connector head to be glued onto the top cap part
