Z-Nut for ACME lead screw.
Just buy a 250mm ACME lead screw with 2mm lead (4-5€ from China).
Cut it to 222mm.
Take 4 M3*30 (or M3x40, etc...you can even use bolts, but for me it's enough to screw directly in the plastic).
In your firmware: 3200 steps per unit for a 32 microsteps driver, or 1600 steps per unit for a 16 microsteps driver.
