based on jocampo QAV210 mount 35 degree uptilt.

Modifications
1. added bottom lip to keep velcro strap in place
2. added slots to allow tools to reach screws
3. changed mounting holes to match eachine wizard
4. hole on bottom to reduce weight
5. added number indicating uptilt angle
6. added support on top/bottom back corners (based on breakage of actual prints)

7/5/17 v2 with bumpers to protect the lens.
7/16/17 v3 with bumpers that won't block the camera view. Also removed
