Ipad pro 12.9" holder to Manfrotto MH293A3-RC1

Remix of tablet holder by smsagent. Made the base and slide longer by 50mm so it will fit the big Ipad pro 12.9" (and bigger). remixed the arm to fit into a remixed manfrotto gopro plate by ebastler.
