Oakbloom Fidget Spinner Remix

This is just a remix of [Oakbloom's Fidget Spinner](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2405090) which combines the original two-part spinner body into one solid part. You can see on the original page the clear ones appear solid and I thought that was a pretty neat look.

The original caps were also at a weird orientation and had a dip so were tricky to print well. I re-oriented the STLs so they stick to the build platform, and added a flat surface to stick better to the plate.
