There are Adjustable Z Stops on here for the CR-10, all but one do not have adjusters, you just loosen the screws while holding the plate and trust that you can move it .5 mm then hold it while you tighten the screws back up. Well everyone must be more coordinated than me, because I couldn't do it.
So here is the "Better Than Nothing" Adjustable Z Stop for the CR-10.

I use a 3mm x 20mm screw and 2 lock nuts. one goes in the little box and acts to hold the screw in place and the other goes
