Cable Hanger Organizer for 1x2 board

This cable organizer is specifically for hanging onto a 1x2 (0.75" deep, by 1.5" tall) piece of wood. This wood is on the front edge of the shelf on my desk. It clips into place and holds secure and is easy to move and remove.
