Duet Wifi plus Duex expansion mount, vented

This is a front panle mount for both the Duet Wifi and the Duex expansion board. When both boards are mounted, backsides facing each other, the fan produces a suction airflow cooling both boards (with a little more flow on the sides of the stepper drivers). M3 screw should fit just fine for boards and fan. Sd card, usb port, reset and erase buttons plus LEDs can be accessed and seen from the front.
