This is a fan shroud for a 5015 blower fan. It helps prevent backdraft. Backdraft is the airflow that comes out at the wrong end of the blower. This happens mostly when the outlet is small.

I printed it and tried it myself and it works really good. The backdraft is reduced to nearly zero.
