Sound dampening bush for use with acoustic washers to make printer quiet.

In my article http://tronxy.wikia.com/wiki/Tips_for_the_TronXY_P802MA_and_in_general in the second tip I mentioned you can use sound dampening silicone washers to make your printer quieter. The part above spreads the load of the tiny M3 bolt head to cover the full area of the silicone washer. This makes the sound much less and lets the washer last much longer.

You can also add two washers to the Y axis pulley mount. I added short bushes for this because the screws might be short otherwise.
