Life Counter Holder Hex Base and Standee

15/07/17 - Added to bases from the 3d-printed standee base - one with the integrated life counter holder, and one with 2 extra condition holders. Please note the one with the 2 extra holders will expand into the next hex a little. The 2 extra holders will need supports.
