Multi-Holder (USB, SD, microSD, microUSB adapter)

This is a simple holder for a set of (up to):
- 4 USB flash drives,
- 2 SD cards,
- 4 microSD cards; and
- 1 microUSB-USB adapter

Basically, I wasn't quite happy with the holders that were available already so I made my own in Sketchup. I've designed this for PLA, as such I have NOT accounted for ABS shrinkage.
