Bay 9V brick battery from aliexpress (search for OKcell 9V 800mAh USB Rechargeable Lipo Battery), disassemble it and get pcb from here.
Lipo sell in this battery - piece of crap, so I use 18650 cell, and assemble it together in one case - see foto, printed with SBS(Watson) plastic
