Extruder Button with Filament Guide

Quick easy fix for anybody having the same problem as me on their Anet A8: the cable chain is right in the way of the filament path with a top mounted filament holder. It probably isn't the most beautiful way to fix the issue, but it sure is simple and easy. Please let me know if something could be improved!
