This is an adpater to fit a pps airsoft shotgun shell into the sawn off shotgun. The original sawn off shells are utter crap. My customer asked me to build this. Basically, it is inserted all the way down in the chamber and you can put in the orange pps plastic shell or the pps purple metal shell.
