Toilet Handle Guide Insert

So this one is kind of weird. When I flushed my toilet it would sometimes stick, and nothing inside of the tank was causing the issue. One day I took apart the handle and saw that a little grove of metal had broken off. I grinded part of it down and slipped this bit of plastic around it. Long story short, toilet flushes like before now.
