DON'T Throw out your old Aero Bars if arm rest crack or break. Had Arm Pads Crack of my aero bars and the replacements were as much as new ones so...
Simple arm cups, 3 mounting positions, Mine used flat head screws so mounting holes are designed around that style. I'll add photos on bike later when I get a chance.

PDF is cut out pattern for the foam to fit nicely

"Arm Cup Small" is close to most original, Large is bigger and beefy for guys or girls with larger arms for more comfort.
