Lid for octagonal pitcher

My wife likes to make sun tea in a pitcher. She wanted a lid to keep bugs and such out while the tea is brewing in the sun, as well as afterwards on the counter. Designed to fit a 4 inch diameter octagonal pitcher (a pretty common pitcher) with a spout.
