This is a simple portable housing for a 40mm speaker. Glue p2 to the base to hold the speaker. I designed this one to mount on a bicycle handlebar with this mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2363098.
Update: I have just modified the design by adding two fasteners. The gluing part is not necessary with this design. I didn't print the v2, so do not hesitate to leave a comment or add a make if you do.
