Hypercube Evolution Z rod UPPER support (heavy duty ver.) no brass inserts needed

Upper Z rod holder brackets for hypercube evolution. Remixed by a nice fellow in Taiwan that does not seem to know much english. These were designed to be a little bit more solid that the originals.

8.7.17 Modified the upper Z holders so they do not need brass inserts. just use m3 nuts.
