Use :
MDF 6mm.
Two 608 ball bearing in the 2 cones.
a piece of 8 mm rod (steel, aluminium, brass...) aprox. 20 cm long.
and PLA or ABS to print the two cones. I use 60% infill.

Glue the frame with wood glue let dry and enjoy !
