H8 Mini Light Frame Top

I decided to add a top plate to the [H8 MINI Light Frame](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1845522) to help keep the motors in place and protect the antenna. I have included the design spark mechanical files in case any one wants to make any modifications.
