A simple VESA compatible plate with a captive 3/8" bolt fitting, suitable for quickly attaching a microphone onto a monitor arm.

Requires a 3/8" bolt (I used a 1.25" long bolt), and the usual 4 M4 bolts for the 100x100 VESA mount.
