Brackets for replacement LCD supports for Original Prusa i3 MK2

This is a companion part to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1913481
I really like this thing, but I wanted to be able to slide the LCD display in and out to move my printer for maintenance.
Print 2 brackets and attach them to the underside of the surface your printer is resting on. Includes 5 mm screw holes but being the lazy bum that I am, I just went for my faithful hot glue gun.
