This is a stand for two [Oral-B toothbrush heads](https://oralb.com/en-us/products/replacement-brush-heads#viewtype:gridview/facets:/category:replacement-brush-heads/page:1/sortby:popularity-desc/productsdisplayed:undefined/cwidth:3/promotilesenabled:false/pcwidth:/cwidth:3:pscroll:682) (as far as I know all round sockets are the same mechanism). The pins are about 5 mm higher than needed to let water flow out. It can easily be cleaned.
