This is a hot end mount with the auxiliary fan that also has a BLTouch sensor mount. I have yet to install it so I can't say it is perfect at this point. Be sure to check your length on your hot end and compare to the mount surface of the BLTouch so you are in the correct relationship for proper function of the extend and retract. I made mine out of ABS due to the close proximity of the hot end but I have made these before out of PLA without any issues.
