Simple universal E3d Main Fan Duct

I modified the main fan duct to allow for the addition of an infrared Z probe from (https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/mini-height-sensor-board/)
The addition also protects the sensor from the heat from the hot end.

I have added a 40 to 30mm fan adapter for use with the fan cooler. If you use 3mm allan cap screws, it will work. Clearance is tight.
