Prusa MK2 wide spool holder

I was using the One Piece Spool Holder (Prusa I3 MK2 Edition) from dot_bob since a long time now (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2060099). I really enjoy using it, until I bought my first wide filament spool. The holder was not able to support this kind of spool (rod too short, and 1 arm not enough sufficient to support the spool weight). So, I have decided to create mine, based on dot_bob's Spool Holder design.
