Traxxas T-maxx electric motor mount conversion

Edit: finally got the single speed and forward only kits. heres a quick video of testing:

using a Traxxas xl-10 esc and 12t 550 motor. The mount stood up to a full speed crash into a tree too.

Gearing is slightly limited with this mount. i used a 21t pinion and 72t spur gear but had some heat issues. The 21t is as small as you can go with the 72t spur before the motor hits the transmission case.
