This is a simple, easy to print Pokemon box. It has two compartments, one for the cards (it can hold about 75 max), and one for some damage counters (or whatever). It may not seem like the lid fits at first, so you may have to break it in by taking the lid on and off a few times. I added a file of the lid without the logo, just in case you aren't printing this for Pokemon cards.

Update:
I added a box without the divider.
