These are parts used to build a rolling log mouse trap with no drilling. The idea is after you catch all your mice (live or otherwise) you can easily remove the log mechanism and use the bucket again like new.

For an identical setup to the picture you will need:
-1 PVC pipe 0.840 inch (21.3mm) diameter cut to fit.
-2 608 skate style bearings also used for fidget spinners.
-1 5 Gallon Bucket
