This is a replacement sealing nut for a Mr. Freeze Ice Maker. It also works with MaxiMatic and other brands manufactured by Mr. Freeze.
It's a tricky part to find because it has a nonstandard thread diameter (11.6mm), and it's reverse-threaded (you turn counterclockwise to tighten, and clockwise to loosen).
