It holds an IOGEAR 4 port USB hub. It clips to a standard wire shelf (29mm sides). Thus, the USB hub is clipped to the wire shelf. This is especially convenient if you converted a wire shelf into a computer desk, and are trying to figure out where to put your IOGEAR 4 port USB hub, specifically. For other problems it is not quite so pertinent a solution. STL and SolveSpace file included. See "post printing" for installation video.
