A very quick modification of ex-nerd's part with holes for M4 screws instead of M3.
Update later that same night: Wow, a lot more popular than I would have expected. Quickly whipped up a second version with a bit more material around the base of the mount. It would be fairly easy to make additional versions of this if needed.
